Parmalat SpA : Share allotment

PRESS RELEASE Share allotment

Parmalat S.p.A. communicates that, following the allocation of shares to creditors of the
Parmalat Group, the subscribed and fully paid up share capital has now been increased by
32,340 euros to 1,755,434,162 euros (of which 1,710,574,680 shares and 44,859,482 shares deriving from the exercise of warrants) from 1,755,401,822 euros. The share capital increase is due to the exercise of 17,109 warrant and to the allocation of 15,231 shares.
In relation to the above, the latest status of the share allotment is as follows:
- 6,300,031 shares representing approximately 0.4% of the share capital are still in a deposit account c/o Parmalat S.p.A., of which:

• 4,250,935 or 0,2% of the share capital, registered in the name of individually identified commercial creditors, are still deposited in the intermediary account of Parmalat S.p.A. centrally managed by Monte Titoli (compared with 4,244,892 shares as at December 21,

2011);

• 2,049,096 or 0.1% of the share capital that pertain to currently undisclosed creditors

(unchanged).
