Pacific Wildcat Resources Corp. (TSXV:PAW) announced a private placement of unsecured convertible promissory notes for gross proceeds of CAD 230,000 on October 22, 2013. The company will issue the notes to private investors and other related parties. The notes will carry an interest of 15% per annum compounded monthly and will be convertible into 4,600,000 units of the company at a conversion price of CAD 0.05 per unit. The holders of the notes will have the right to convert the notes any time prior to the maturity date. The notes wil mature on February 11, 2014. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share at a price of CAD 0.05 per share for a period of 2 years from the date of issuance.

On October 24, 2013, the company announced that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the transaction. The transaction will see participation from five placees. As part of the transaction, Finebrook Investments Pty Ltd will invest for CAD 38,000, Dunross Capital Limited will invest for CAD 12,000, and Townsend Superannuation Fund will invest for CAD 30,000.
