OYANG CORPORATION is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in manufacturing of fishery products. The Company operates its business mainly through two divisions: deep-sea fishing division and food making division. Its deep-sea fishing division is engaged in the catching fish such as tuna fish, pollack, squids, cods, herrings, halibuts, snappers, red catfish, whiting and others in the Pacific ocean and New Zealand sea. Its food making division produces seafood products such as fish paste products, salted seafood, frozen foods, livestock meat, sea food and noodles manufactured in Anseong plant and crab-flavored meat pastes manufactured in Namdaejeon plant. The Company is also engaged in the real estate leasing business. On October 14, 2013, it acquired a 50% stake in a Korea-based company, which is engaged in the wholesale business.
