OVS goes ahead with buybacks and takes over 200,000 of its own shares

(Alliance News) - OVS Spa announced Tuesday that it has purchased 200,447 of its own ordinary shares.

The shares were taken over between Jan. 24 and Jan. 30, 2023 at an average unit price of EUR2.2162 for a total consideration of EUR444,232.82.

As a result of the transactions so far, OVS holds 14.3 million of its own shares or 4.9 percent of the share capital.

OVS trades in the red by 0.3 percent at EUR2.20 per share.
