An unknown buyer entered into a share purchase and sale agreement to acquire a 18% stake in ForestFinest Consulting eG from NatureBank Asset Management Inc. (TSXV:COO) for €0.2 million on November 2, 2020. Post transaction, NatureBank Asset Management Inc. will not hold any stake in ForestFinest Consulting eG. Transaction is subject to NatureBank Asset Management obtaining regulatory approval. Transaction is expected to close within twenty days of obtaining regulatory approval of the transaction.
