Jiang Zhengyan and Tham Kar Wai Derrick entered into an agreement to acquire additional 33% stake in alldebit Pte Ltd from Oriental Payment Group Holdings Limited (SEHK:8613) for SGD 0.35 on November 18, 2022. The Consideration shall be satisfied by the Purchasers on the Completion Date by cash. Jiang Zhengyan and Tham Kar Wai Derrick will acquire 0.2 million shares each representing 16.5% stake being acquired by each purchaser.
