An undisclosed buyer completed the acquisition of Organto Europe BV and Fresh Organic Choice B.V. and BeeOrganic BV from Organto Foods Inc..

An undisclosed buyer entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Organto Europe BV and Fresh Organic Choice B.V. and BeeOrganic BV from Organto Foods Inc. (TSXV:OGO) for ?3.8652 million on June 5, 2024. The Purchaser will acquire all the outstanding shares in the capital of each the Sale Subsidiaries for ?1 and assume all of the Sale Subsidiaries? assets and liabilities, which represented a net liability position of approximately ?3.865 million as at March 31, 2024.

Completion of the transaction is subject to certain customary conditions, including the final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange and received the conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
