Optivision Technology, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 447.235 million compared to TWD 383.603 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 11.558 million compared to TWD 15.538 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 1.566 million compared to TWD 5.868 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.03 compared to TWD 0.12 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 944.402 million compared to TWD 705.849 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 43.416 million compared to TWD 21.124 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 37.935 million compared to TWD 7.707 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.65 compared to TWD 0.16 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.64 compared to TWD 0.16 a year ago.
Optivision Technology Inc. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, design, development, manufacturing and sale of backlight units key components, such as brightness enhancement films (BEFs) and multiple function optical prism films.
