Onamba Co., Ltd. (TSE:5816) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 350,000 shares, representing 2.79% of the outstanding shares, at ¥442 per share for ¥154.7 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance capital efficiency and to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of September 30, 2019, the company had 12,536,940 shares outstanding and 21,311 shares in treasury.
