Okta, Inc. (NasdaqGS:OKTA) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Spera Cybersecurity Ltd. on December 19, 2023. The transaction is expected to close during fiscal first quarter beginning February 1, 2024.
Okta, Inc. (NasdaqGS:OKTA) completed the acqusition of Spera Cybersecurity Ltd. for $80 million on February 1, 2024. The Company provided total net consideration, subject to final adjustments, of approximately $80 million consisting of cash and the Company?s Class A common stock. An agreed upon amount of consideration was deposited into a third-party escrow account to secure the indemnification obligations of the selling stockholders.
