OKB im. A.S.Yakovleva OAO (Opytno-konstruktorskoye byuro im.A.S.Yakovleva OAO or A.S.Yakovlev Design Bureau OJSC) is a Russia-based company, which is involved in the manufacture of helicopters, airplanes and other flying machines, in provision of maintenance and alteration of aircrafts, as well as in engineering. The production includes: Yak-130, Yak-52M, Yak-152, Albatros and Expert, among others. The alteration concerns to modernization of passenger cabins of Yak-40 and Yak-42D aircrafts. The Company provides its services in design and calculation work during creation of new and modernization of existing aircrafts. As of June 30, 2014 the Company's major shareholder was Irkut Korporatsiya OAO.
