DISPATCH OF 1ST INTERIM CASH DIVIDEND (D-41)
We are pleased to inform our shareholders that dividend
warrants in respect of OGDCL 1st Interim Cash
Dividend (D-41) for the year 2011-12 at the rate of 15%
(Rs.1.50 per ordinary share of Rs.10/- each) declared on
October 27, 2011 have been dispatched to all the entitled
shareholders i.e. shareholders whose names were appearing in
the Register of Members of the Company as on December 12,
2011.
If the above dividend warrants are not received within a
