ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW SUBSIDIARY IN SINGAPORE
The Board of Directors of Ocean Sky International Limited
(the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the
"Group") wishes to announce that the Company has today
established a new wholly-owned subsidiary known as Ocean Sky
Global (S) Pte. Ltd. (the "Subsidiary") in Singapore for a
nominal consideration of US$1.
The Subsidiary's principal activities will include that of
apparel manufacturing and related services. The above
transaction is not expected to have a material impact on the
net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the
Group for the financial year ending
31 December 2012.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the
Company has any interest, direct or indirect (other than
through their shareholdings in the Company) in the above
transaction.
