Nusasiri Public Company Limited at its the Board of Directors' Meeting held on November 16, 2020 has approved appointment Air vice-marshal Mr. TeeraTaht Phoshyanonda as Chairman of the Audit Committee, Independent Director and Nomination and Remuneration Committee to replace Mr. Pradit Sawattananond.
