Nusasiri Public Company Limited Mr. Pradit Sawattananond as Chairman of the Audit Committee, Independent Director and Nomination and Remuneration Committee has already resigned from this position because of having a private mission. Consequently, she could not perform this duty in such position with effect from December 1, 2020 onwards.
