Neurosoft announces Mr. Mavroeidis Angelopoulos resignation from Board of Directors

Iraklio Attikis, Wednesday, 23 January 2019 - Neurosoft S.A. - a software house, listed on AIM Italia market(GRS802003004,Reuters NRST.MI,Bloomberg NRST:IM)for which Banca Intermobiliare SpA is Nominated Adviser - announces that Mr. Mavroeidis Angelopoulos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, has submitted today his resignation from Neurosoft's Board of Directors due to his exigent professional obligations, a position he held since February 5th, 2003. His resignation is effective from February 1st, 2019.

"We thank Mavroeidis (Makis) for all his contribution to Neurosoft since 2003 when he decided to join the company" said Nikolaos Vasilonikolidakis Neurosoft's CEO. "Makis saw Neurosoft grow from just an idea to a very important company in its areas of activities. He has been a strong and committed member of Neurosoft's Board. We have mutually agreed this is the right time for him to step down given the demands on his time and his professional obligations. I would like to personally thank him for his leadership and positive support while I am grateful for his contribution to Neurosoft's success and wish him all the best going forward."

In accordance with AIM Italia Rules for Companies and the legislation in force and with a view to informing the investing community, the Company will issue an announcement after the appointment of the new Board Member replacing the one who has resigned, within a few days.

Mavroeidis Angelopoulos as of today holds 327,353 (1.28% of Neurosoft share capital), out of a total of 25,584,594 share capital.
