Nucor Corporation (NYSE:NUE) has entered into an agreement to acquire Rytec Corporation in a transaction valued at approximately $570 million on June 3, 2024. The all-cash transaction is valued at $565 million, which represents approximately 12.5x Rytec's estimated 2024 EBITDA. Rytec Corporation team will join Nucor Corporation.
