First Motion for Exclusivity Period Extension Approved For Lordstown Motors Corp.

The US Bankruptcy Court granted an order for the extension of the exclusivity periods for Lordstown Motors Corp., on October 16, 2023. As per the order, the debtor?s exclusivity period to file its plan and to solicit votes on its plan, have been extended by 98 days and 36 days i.e. up to January 31, 2024, and January 31, 2024, respectively.
