Dongam Co.,Ltd. acquired 8.76% stake in National Plastic Co.,Ltd (KOSE:A004250) from Chae-Hong Lim and Hye-Won Jang for KRW 16.6 billion on December 26, 2013. Chae-Hong Lim sold 1.5 million shares and Hye-Won Jang sold 1.72 million shares at the price of KRW 5,160 per share.
Dongam Co.,Ltd. completed the acquisition of 8.76% stake in National Plastic Co.,Ltd (KOSE:A004250) from Chae-Hong Lim and Hye-Won Jang on December 26, 2013.
National Plastic Company Limited is a Korea-based manufacturer mainly engaged in the provision of synthetic resin products. The Companyâs offerings consist of containers, including beverage and drink containers and industrial containers; pallets, including reversible pallets, non-reversible pallets, top frame pallets, collapsible pallets, flooring pallets and others; chairs and desks, including garden chairs, stadium seats, lecture chairs and desks, benches and accessories; clean systems, including waste bins and containers for recycled materials and waste disposals, as well as win boards, which are sheet products for the construction of fish hatchery tanks. It also produces injection-molded plastic items used as construction materials. It also involves in the rental business. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
