Lactalis Polska Sp. z o.o. made an offer to acquire 26.07% stake in North Coast S.A. (WSE:NCT) for PLN 12.5 million on March 27, 2020. Under the terms of the transaction, Lactalis Polska will acquire 0.83 million shares in North Coast for PLN 14.92 per share. The management of North Coast S.A. says the price reflect its fair value. The offer will run from April 17, 2020 to May 18, 2020.
