Noritsu Koki Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2019. For the nine months period, the company reported revenue of JPY 48,894 million compared to JPY 47,835 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 2,699 million compared to JPY 4,768 million a year ago. Profit for the period was JPY 1,214 million compared to JPY 2,446 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was JPY 30.80 compared to JPY 73.33 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was JPY 28.07 compared to JPY 69.37 a year ago.
The company provided consolidated earnings guidance for the year ending March 31, 2020. For the fiscal year period, the company expects revenue of JPY 68,000 million, operating profit JPY 4,000 million, profit attributable to owners of parent JPY 700 million and basic earnings per share of JPY 19.66.
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020, the company expects to pay a dividend of JPY 8 per share compared to JPY 8 per share a year ago.
