NOA Lithium Brines Inc. entered into definitive agreement to acquire The Salinas Grandes salar located in the Province of Salta for $0.5 million.

NOA Lithium Brines Inc. (TSXV:NOAL) entered into definitive agreement to acquire The Salinas Grandes salar located in the Province of Salta for $0.5 million on October 12, 2023. Under the terms of agreement, total consideration for the Salinas Claim shall be $500,000, and paid to the Salinas Vendor, as follows: $7,000 to be paid monthly for 12 months starting on October 1, 2023; $15,000 to be paid monthly for 12 months starting on October 1, 2024; and $152,000 to be paid on or before October 15, 2025. In a related transaction, NOA Lithium Brines Inc. (TSXV:NOAL) entered into definitive agreement to acquire Arizaro Claim located in the Province of Salta for $0.11 million.

These property acquisitions will be subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange, as applicable. The Company paid no finders' fees or commissions in connection with the acquisition of the Salinas Claim.
