NN Group N.V. Adopts Final Dividend, Payable on 25 June 2018; Appoints David Cole as Member of the Supervisory Board

NN Group N.V., at its annual general meeting, adopted final dividend for 2017 of EUR 1.04 per ordinary share to be paid on 25 June 2018. The dividend will be paid either fully in cash, after deduction of withholding tax if applicable, or fully in ordinary shares at the election of the shareholder. The NN Group ordinary shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 4 June 2018. The record date for the dividend will be 5 June 2018.

NN Group N.V. announced the appointment of David Cole as member of its Supervisory Board.
