Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. announced that it is launching its production IDx in 2016. The concept version of the vehicle was launched at the Tokyo Motor Show, and was designed to be a competitor to the Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ.
The IDx Freestyle is more lifestyle oriented, while the IDx Nismo was more aggressive, with a slightly larger 188 hp turbo I4 engine.
