Nishat (Chunian) Limited is engaged in the business of spinning, weaving, dyeing, printing, stitching, processing, doubling, sizing, buying, selling and otherwise dealing in yarn, fabric and made ups made from raw cotton, synthetic fiber and cloth, and to generate, accumulate, distribute, supply and sell electricity and steam. Its segments include Spinning, Weaving, Processing and Home Textile and Power Generation. The Spinning segment is engaged in the production of yarn using natural and artificial fibers. The Weaving segment is focused on the production of greige fabric using yarn. The Processing and Home Textile segment is involved in processing grey fabric for the production of printed and dyed fabric and manufacturing of home textile articles. The Power Generation segment is focused on generation and distribution of power. Its subsidiaries include Nishat Chunian Properties (Private) Limited, Nishat Chunian USA Inc., Sweave Inc. and T L C Middle East Trading L.L.C.
