Nippon Ski Resort Development Co., Ltd. (TSE:6040) signed a contract to acquire 83.4% stake in Hare Ski Resort Co., Ltd. from Ueda Kotsu Corporation for approximately ¥210 million on October 13, 2015. Nippon Ski Resort Development Co., Ltd. will acquire 11,672 shares of Hare Ski Resort Co., Ltd. Nippon Ski Resort Development Co., Ltd. will subscribe to 9,000 shares of Hare Ski Resort Co., Ltd. through third party capital increase and transfer all shares it owns in Hare Ski Resort after the capital increase to Nippon Ski Resort Development Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to close on November 2, 2015.
