Nihon Seimitsu Co., Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2016. For the period, the company's net sales were JPY 6,135 million, operating loss of JPY 287 million, ordinary loss of JPY 351 milion, loss attributable to owners of parent of JPY 206 million, loss per share of JPY 11.17 against net sales of JPY 6,968 million, operating income of JPY 231 million, ordinary income of JPY 166 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 112 million, and earnings per share of JPY 6.32.
For the year ending March 31, 2017, the company expects net sales of JPY 10,206 million, operating income of JPY 306 million, ordinary income of JPY 231 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 352 million, and earnings per share of JPY 19.12.
Nihon Seimitsu Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of watch-related products and glasses frames. The Company operates in three business segments. The Watch-related segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of watch external products such as watch bands and bezels made of urethane, titanium and ceramic.
