NexPoint Real Estate Finance, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the second quarter of 2024. For the quarter, the company expects Net income attributable to common stockholders in the rage of $7,438 to $9,802 and EAD per Diluted Weighted Average Share in the range of $0.40 to 0.50.

The Company's primary investment objective is to generate attractive, risk-adjusted returns for stockholders over the long term. It is focused on investing in real estate sectors, including in the multifamily, single-family rental, self-storage, hospitality and office sectors. Its business is conducted through NexPoint Real Estate Finance Operating Partnership, L.P. (the OP), the Company's operating partnership.
