Nexity: delivery of 1st housing units for athletes at the 2024 Olympic Games

The Nexity - Eiffage Immobilier - CDC Habitat consortium, with Groupama as investor and in partnership with Groupe EDF, is designing Secteur E - Les Belvédères of the Athletes' and Para-Athletes' Village in Saint-Ouen.

The consortium is delivering its first High Environmental Performance and reversible housing units.

They will offer athletes and future residents bioclimatic design and innovative construction methods for optimum comfort and sustainable living, with buildings featuring virtuous environmental performance, notably E+/C level E3C2 and BiodiverCity Construction labels, and NF HABITAT HQE and BBCA certification for several of them.
