The Ithingo Lake Property consists of three mineral claims located in the northern mining district of Saskatchewan comprising approximately 2,678 hectares. The Company's other mineral properties include Dash Lake Project, Swell Bay Project, Berven Lake Property, Cherryville Property, Anglo-Rouyn Property and Border-Niska Coal Property. The Dash Lake Project is located in the Rainy River area of Ontario. The Swell Bay Project consists of six mining claims totalling 81.2 ha located in the Halkirk and Farrington Township in the Fort Frances area in the Province of Ontario.
