COMPANY UPDATE- REINSTATEMENT TO TSX-V

November 8, 2013, Vancouver, B.C., New Guinea Gold Corporation ("New Guinea Gold" or the "Company") (TSXV: NGG) is pleased to advise that the TSX Venture Exchange have confirmed that a reinstatement bulletin has been requested for after the market close today (November 8, 2013) for the Company to be returned to trading effective the opening on Monday November 11, 2013

The Company will provide a further update once the reinstatement bulletin has been issued.
