Deputy Chairman of Netia Supervisory Board resigned from his position as a member of the Company's Supervisory Board (34/2015)

The Management Board of Netia SA (the "Company") announced that on June 1, 2015 Mr. Cezary Smorszczewski, Deputy Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board, resigned from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board. The resignation is effective from the date of the resignation.

§5 section 1.21 and § 27 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by law of a non-member state (Journal of Law dated 2009 No. 33 pos. 259).

Netia SA is a Poland-based integrated telecommunication services provider. The Company's offer is organized into four segments: Home, SOHO/SME, Corporate and Carriers. The Company's services include various voice telephony and data transmission services, such as switched, fixed-line voice telephone services, Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), voice mail, mobile and fixed-accessible Internet, leased lines, frame relay, and Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS).
