Natori Co. Ltd. (TSE:2922) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 900,100 shares, representing 6.61% of its issued share capital, at a price of ¥895 per share, for ¥805.59 million.
The repurchases will continue till February 28, 2014. As of December 6, 2013, the company has 13,612,439 outstanding shares (treasury shares excluded) and 1,419,770 shares were held under treasury.
