Nanjing Sinolife United Company Limited provided earnings guidance for the year ended 31 December 2022. The revenue of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2022 is expected to increase by approximately 9% as compared to that for the year ended 31 December 2021. The Group is expected to record a loss of ranging from approximately RMB 10 million to RMB 15 million for the year ended 31 December 2022 as compared with a loss of approximately RMB 31.7 million for the year ended 31 December 2021, representing a decrease in loss of approximately 53% to 68%.

Such decrease in loss was mainly attributable to: (i) the increase in sales revenue during the year ended 31 December 2022 brought by expansion of the Group's sales operation and change in sales channels; and (ii) the increase in the Group's gross profit margin as cross- border e-commerce business, which generally has higher gross profit margin, contributed more to the Group's overall revenue during the year ended 31 December 2022.
