Nanjing Quanxin Cable Technology Co., Ltd. announced that Annual General Meeting of 2015 held on 20 May 2016, at meeting shareholders elected
Li Feng, Ding Ran and Han Ziyi as non-independent directors, Li Yougen and Hu Xiaoming as independent directors, elected Wang Chongguo and Zeng Wenqiang as non-employee representative supervisors.
At the same meeting, shareholders approved cash dividend of CNY 1.50000000 per 10 shares (tax included) for the year 2015.
