Nabtesco Corporation (TSE:6268) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ovalo Gmbh from INTERGLOBAL Industrieholding GmbH for €82 million on December 21, 2016. In addition, OVALO owns 60% share in adcos GmbH. The transaction is subject to certain regulatory approvals and is expected to close at the end of February 2017. The transaction will have no impact on the consolidated business performance of the business in the financial year 2016.
