Mutares SE & Co. KGaA (XTRA:MUX) has signed an agreement to acquire Fischer Automotive Systems Gmbh & Co. KG from fischerwerke GmbH & Co.
KG on June 5, 2024. The company will strengthen the Automotive & Mobility segment as a new platform investment. With around 1,200 employees, the company generated revenues of approx.
?166 million in 2023. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of July 2024 and is subject to regulatory approvals.
