On January 9, 2018, BLBD Pty Ltd and Meredith Nominees Pty Ltd sent a statement to shareholders of Murray River Organics Group Limited and urged them to vote for its resolutions 1 to 7 and vote against the resolutions 8 and 9. BLBD and Meredith Nominees stated that the existing board must be held accountable and replaced with a new board.
