MS&Consulting Co., Ltd. (TSE:6555) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 100,000 shares, representing 2.27% of the outstanding shares for ¥100 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to enhance shareholder returns and improve capital efficiency. The program will run until December 30, 2021. As of August 31, 2021, the company had 4,414,966 shares outstanding and 50,034 shares in treasury.
