Movie Games S.A. announced that it has received PLN 1.72 million in funding from PlayWay S.A., Income Capital Sp. z o.o, and other investors

On January 13, 2017, Movie Games S.A. closed the transaction. The transaction included participation from PlayWay S.A. (WSE:PLW) for PLN 836,364 to own 46% stake in the company, Aleksy Uchanski for PLN 90,909 to own 5% stake in the company, Income Capital Sp. z o.o for PLN 700,000 to own 44% stake in the company, and Jakub Trzebinski for PLN 90,909 to own 5% stake in the company.
