About this report
For the third consecutive year, we are publishing this Integrated Report in order to affirm the transparency of our management and present our financial and non-financial results (environmental, social, operational, and governance).
This publication was prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative Standards (GRI Standards), Core option, according to the principles of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC). We also made use of other drivers, such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); the Principles of the Global Compact; recommendations from the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD); and indicators of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).
The content addresses our management of priority topics, revised for this cycle based on stakeholder consultation (see item below), and it presents the performance of our operations during the period of January 1 to December 31, 2020. Our Financial Department is responsible for reviewing the information presented, which is then submitted for approval by
our CEO and Board of Directors, who acknowledge the adoption of integrated thinking in the preparation of this document.
The material is also externally assured by KPMG Auditores Independentes to guarantee its integrity. No mandatory information was omitted.
Questions or suggestions can be emailed to comunicacaointerna@movida.com.br. Your input is always welcome in order to further improve our transparency in communication.
Enjoy your reading!

To discuss priorities, we revised our Materiality Matrix in 2020, following international guidelines such as AA1000 and GRI. We started by analyzing internal documents (e.g., policies, strategic guidelines, communication materials, and certifications) and external documents (trend surveys in sustainability and materiality of other companies) to map relevant topics to our business, our stakeholders, and the sector in which we operate. Subsequently, some 116 consultations were conducted with our senior management executives, employees, and industry experts-either through in-depth interviews or online questionnaires-to prioritize topics that had been mapped previously and to revise
our business model. The work in 2020 complemented the process initiated during the previous year, when five internal interviews were conducted with directors and committee members; three of them were external (with specialists from entities such as Instituto Ethos, Conselho Empresarial Brasileiro para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável, and Sistema B); and one was an online consultation interviewing 257

people, including employees, customers, suppliers, investors, and representatives of other institutions. Finally, the topics were arranged in our Materiality Matrix between the axes "Influence on stakeholder assessments and decisions" and "Importance of economic, environmental, and social impacts," then they were validated by our Senior Management.
The business model, which represents how we create value throughout the life cycle of our assets, was presented to our Sustainability Committee prior to being finalized for inclusion in this report. This work is one of the main instruments we use to facilitate the stakeholder consultation process on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects. In 2020, we also consulted investors (sell side, buy side, and individual) to identify which ESG criteria they check in their assessment of companies. The result of this mapping was also presented to Senior Management to guide the actions to be implemented in 2021.
