MOUNTAIN & CO. I ACQUISITION CORP. Mountain & Co. I Acquisition Corp. announced a private placement of a promissory note at a price of $3,780,000 for the gross proceeds of up to $3,780,000 on February 6, 2023.
The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Mountain & Co. I Sponsor LLC. The investor will initially pay $420,000 on or before February 9, 2023, and thereafter the same amount for each subsequent calendar month commencing on March 9, 2023 until November 9, 2023.
The note bears no interest and is repayable in full upon the earlier of the date of the consummation of the company?s initial business combination, or the date of the liquidation of the company.
