Mosaic ImmunoEngineering, Inc. is deeply saddened to announce that director Ms. Gloria Felcyn passed away on April 17, 2024. Ms. Felcyn had been an independent director on the Board of Directors of the Company (the Board") since 2002 and served on the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee of the Board.
