Appointment of a Non-Executive Director

The Board of announces that is appointed to the Board, as a non-executive director, with effect from .

Helen is currently Managing Director of Wates Smartspace. A fuller biography is set out below.

The appointment follows a comprehensive search process led by the Nomination Committee. Following Helen's appointment, the Board will comprise six non-executive directors and two executive directors.

Commenting on the appointment, , Chairman, said:

Helen brings significant experience of driving business performance and building businesses in new markets from her roles at ICI and Wates, and will offer the Board a valuable external executive perspective. Helen's appointment is part of the continuing development of the Morgan Board'
