Metambiente Sa agreed to acquire Montebalito Energias Renovables, S.A. from Montebalito, S.A. for €6.5 million.

Metambiente Sa agreed to acquire Montebalito Energias Renovables, S.A. from Montebalito, S.A. (CATS:MTB) for €16 million on December 13, 2015. Under the terms of the transaction, 6.5 million will be paid in cash and 9.5 million will be assumed by Montebalito, S.A.
