Christopher Scot Abreu and Daniel Tony Murphy entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire 65% stake in ECAP DMCC from Monstar Lab, Inc. for ¥260 million.

Christopher Scot Abreu and Daniel Tony Murphy entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire 65% stake in ECAP DMCC from Monstar Lab, Inc. (TSE:5255) for ¥260 million on December 20, 2023. As part of transaction, 6,500 shares will be acquired. For period ended December 2022, ECAP DMCC reported total assets of ¥309 million, net assets of ¥159 million, revenue of ¥592 million, operating profit of ¥85 million and net income of ¥82 million.

The transaction is expected to complete on December 21, 2023.
