Modern Land (China) Co., Limited reported unaudited operating results for the month and twelve months ended December 30, 2018. In December 2018, contracted sales of the Group amounted to approximately RMB 3,230.06 million, of which, contracted sales of properties amounted to approximately RMB 3,111.70 million, whereas contracted sales of car parking spaces amounted to approximately RMB 118.36 million. GFA sold for properties was approximately 354,898 sq.m., with an average selling price of approximately RMB 8,768 per sq.m. For the twelve months ended 31 December 2018, contracted sales of the Group amounted to approximately RMB 32,156.68 million, of which, contracted sales of properties amounted to approximately RMB 31,705.06 million, whereas contracted sales of car parking spaces amounted to approximately RMB 451.62 million. Gross floor area ("GFA") sold for properties was approximately 3,036,235 square metres ("sq.m."), with an average selling price of approximately RMB 10,442 per sq.m.
