MMG Limited announced operating results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2018. For the quarter, total production of Copper Cathode was 18,463 tonnes, decrease 9% compared to a year ago. Total production of Copper (contained metal in concentrate) was 112,274 tonnes, decrease 8% compared to a year ago. Total Zinc production (contained metal in concentrate) was 60,085 tonnes, increase 200% compared to a year ago. Total Lead production (contained metal in concentrate) was 11,404 tonnes, increase 48% compared to a year ago.

For the year, total production of Copper Cathode was 79,711 tonnes, decrease 1% compared to a year ago. Total production of Copper (contained metal in concentrate) was 386,764 tonnes, decrease 15% compared to a year ago. Total Zinc production (contained metal in concentrate) was 223,041 tonnes, increase 198% compared to a year ago. Total Lead production (contained metal in concentrate) was 45,437 tonnes, increase 71% compared to a year ago.

In 2019, the company expects to produce between 462,500 and 485,000 tonnes of copper and between 250,000 and 270,000 tonnes of zinc driven by improved production at Las Bambas and Dugald River. Copper in concentrate production for 2019 is expected to be between 385,000 and 405,000 tonnes. For 2019, production is expected to be 165,000-175,000 tonnes of zinc in zinc concentrate.
