The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.(BTMU) congratulates its client, Itaú Unibanco for being awarded "Syndicated Loan of the Year" from LatinFinance Magazine.

The Syndicated Loan of the Year award recognizes Itaú Unibanco's $1.5BN June 2013 syndication. BTMU acted as Administrative Agent, Joint Lead Arranger, Bookrunner and Global Coordinator. This is the largest and most broadly syndicated transaction ever done for a Latin American financial institution.
