Microvast Holdings, Inc. announced on October 9, 2023, M. Stanley Whittingham submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors and as a member of the Compensation Committee of the company, effective October 9, 2023. Mr. Whittingham is resigning to pursue another opportunity and not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company?s operations, policies, or practices.
Microvast Holdings, Inc. is an advanced battery technology company.
